• A: Sort-off. We are aiming to the faze of becoming one, until then DE's a bit underground.
  The hopes are that DE will end up having a well-known name in the world.

• Q: Where does the name come from?
• A: The "Douglas" part is from the founder of DE, Lionel Douglas. "Elemex" is based from the word "Elements", since we aim towards many ways of designing.

• Q: I've ordered something from the shop of this site, so how long will I have to wait?
• A: After we received the information about you having to order something from us, we will do our best to send you your order as soon as possible. We hope that you, as our customer, have received your order within 2 weeks. If not, you are free to contact us, or we will contact you.

• Q: Hey, something's wrong with my order! (Broken, dirt, wrong items..)
• A: Contact us right away! We are, however, not responsible for the actions which took place after we send your order.

• Q: Is it possible to negotiate about a price?
• A: It depends on the product. If its about a design, its possible. However, please do accept our limits and rights.

• Q: What's the best way for me to pay?
• A: Pay pal.

• Q: Is it possible for me to pick up my order?
• A: No, we'll send it to you either by mail (Item order), or email (Designs).
